How the Festival Works

On the day of the festival, please take a print out of your email ticket confirmation to the reception desk at Evolve.  Here, you will be issued with wristband which will grant you access into all the workshops and events at the festival.

A variety of sessions will be taking place all day long in various different rooms in the venue.  To attend sessions please wait outside the door of the session you wish to attend at least 5-10 minutes before the start time of the session.  Some sessions are more popular than others and can fill up quite quickly, and sometimes not everyone can get into their preferred session.  Please use this as an opportunity to try something completely different, which is what Evolve is all about - having new and inspiring experiences!

What to Bring

It is best to wear comfy clothes that you can practice yoga in, and shoes that are easy to get on and off.  Here is a list of things you might want to bring:

  • YOUR YOGA MAT!!!  These will not be provided by the festival - though there are always mats for sale at the Wellness Market
  • A bottle of water
  • Any props you are attached to
  • You might like to bring a towel, wrap or a blanket
  • Evolve is a cash only event
  • Please feel free to bring your kids. Children under 16 attend for free and there is often a kids yoga class that they can join. Check out the program for more info on any kids yoga sessions that might be on offer.

Ticket Sales

Tickets are available for purchase here at the Evolve website.

Tickets are also available at the door unless sold out, however there is no EFPOS at Evolve reception, so please be sure the bring some old fashioned cash if you need to buy your ticket at the door.

Online ticket sales normally close on the Thursday before the event, please check the ticket sales page for exact date and time of closure of ticket sales before each festival.

Transport

We highly recommend that you catch public transport, ride your bike, or walk to Evolve.  The more we leave our cars at home, the better world we create for our children, our grandchildren, and ourselves.  So after a day of yoga instead of pushing through stressful traffic - take a ride on a weekend train or feel the cool breeze in your hair as you peddle along on your bicycal!
